  2. Preparation of technical specification and cost estimate.
  3. Client approval and contract signing.
  4. Traffic management plan submission to local authority.
  5. Site preparation: milling, cleaning, and priming.
  6. Asphalt or concrete laying and compaction.
  7. Surface finishing, line marking, and drainage checks.
  8. Final inspection, handover documentation, and client sign-off.

  • Obtain all necessary permits from the local Bezirkshauptmannschaft.
  • Notify ASFINAG if works are within 50 m of a motorway.
  • Confirm utility locations with all relevant network operators.
  • Prepare a site-specific health and safety plan.
  • Arrange traffic management equipment and signage.
  • Confirm material delivery schedule with the asphalt plant.
  • Check weather forecast — avoid laying asphalt below 5 °C.
  • Ensure all plant operators hold valid Austrian licences.
  • Set up site welfare facilities for workers.
  • Brief all operatives on emergency procedures.
  • Confirm compaction testing schedule with the laboratory.
  • Notify adjacent residents and businesses of working hours.

Complaints & Feedback

Where to submit: Submit written complaints to the project manager or our registered office address.

What to include: Include the project reference number, site address, date of works, and a description of the defect or concern.

Deadlines & response times: Defect notifications under warranty must be submitted within 24 months. We respond within 15 business days.
